Designer Virgil Abloh Thinks Streetwear Is Dead

The End Of Streetwear

As the decade comes to an end, everyone is looking forward to new trends and happenings for 2020. With that being said Virgil Abloh, founder of Off-White as well as the creative for Louis Vuitton’s menswear, has predicted that streetwear will be left in this decade.
“Like it’s time will be up” in his own words during a recent interview with Dazed magazine. I think it’s kinda of odd due to the fact that he came into the game with the heavily sought after Pyrex clothing, but understanding he’s into more of luxe fashion with Louis Vuitton that he’s creating for. Most people this year alone has become big names on social media and the fashion industry due to streetwear, so I know this is the last thing people want to hear going into 2020.
He further explained that instead of new pieces emerging, streetwear pieces will become archived and the search for these quality garments will become a staple. And when you think about it most streetwear have already died off and is a job in itself to find these vintage pieces to later sell at higher price.

“In my mind, how many more t-shirts can we own, how many more hoodies, how many sneakers” and my wife and I feels he is absolutely right, so it maybe time to alter your look and closet, stay on the look out in 2020.

"Fred is already Manchester United's player of the season" - Berbatov

A former Old Trafford favourite has hailed the Brazilian for overcoming a difficult start to life in English football and proving his worth. Dimitar Berbatov has expressed his belief that Fred is already Manchester United's player of the season, while highlighting how his work in midfield "makes it much easier" for his team-mates to "go forward freely". United invested £52 million ($65m) in Fred's talents in the summer of 2018, luring him away from Shakhtar Donetsk by tabling a lucrative four-year contract. The Brazil international arrived at Old Trafford with a sterling reputation as an all-action midfielder capable of dictating the pace of games, but struggled to live up to expectations during his first full season in Manchester.

Most Influential Rap Album

Hip-hop has produced plenty of great music over its 40-plus-year history. Few albums are worthy of the title "greatest," while others are good enough to make the list. Rap Music taking over the Music industry in last decade. 10.  Snoop Doggy Dogg: 'Doggystyle' "Doggystyle" kicked the door wide for many West Coast emcees. Dr. Dre's finesse aside, Snoop's piquant delivery and melodic flow were equally crucial to the success of "Doggystyle." 09. Beastie Boys: 'Licensed to Ill' There are two stars on "Licensed to Ill," and both deserve equal credit. Rick Rubin, the true pioneer of rap rock, is the one pulling the musical puppet strings on this thing. But the album would be nothing without the Beasties destroying every track with their unbridled passion. 08.  Ice Cube: 'Death Certificate' The thing is named "Death Certificate," after all. The album's "Death" si...
